We are seeking a fulltime Creative Arts Director to join our team and help us create an engaging and dynamic worship experience.

Position Summary: The Creative Arts Director will be responsible for leading and coordinating all aspects of worship at Reno. This includes planning and leading worship services, developing and mentoring worship team members, and incorporating creative and production elements to enhance the worship experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all worship services, including Sunday services, special events, and rehearsals.
• Lead and apply creative methods to communicate across online, social media, and in-person modalities.
• Plan and coordinate worship setlists in collaboration with the pastoral team.
• Recruit, train, and mentor worship team members (musicians, vocalists, and technicians).
• Ensure the quality and consistency of worship services by incorporating creative elements and production techniques.
• Work closely with the production team to integrate audio, visual, and lighting elements into worship services.
• Develop and maintain a culture of excellence and spiritual growth within the worship ministry.
• Collaborate with other ministry leaders to support the overall mission and vision of Renovation Church.

Qualifications:

• Strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a heart for worship.
• Proven experience in leading worship in a church setting.
• Experience with audio, visual, and lighting production for both live worship services and live streaming.
• Proficiency in playing a musical instrument (guitar or keyboard preferred).
• Strong vocal ability and experience in leading congregational singing.
• Knowledge of contemporary worship music and trends.
• Experience with audio, visual, and lighting production in a worship setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
