The Technical Production Manager plays a key role in serving the church's ministries by ensuring that all technical aspects of church services, events, & related activities are executed with excellence. This role is vital to enhancing the worship experience for both in-person & online attendees through proficient handling of audio, video, lighting, stage setup, & live streaming. The role will collaborate closely with the worship team, communications team, volunteers & other relevant stakeholders to understand their specific needs and provide support that aligns with the church's mission & values. By fostering strong communication and teamwork, the Technical Production Manager ensures that all technical elements serve the broader vision set by the lead pastor and executive team.
