Discipleship Pastor

Our church is growing and we’re looking to add a new member to our team. If you have a passion for helping people grow in their faith, building strong community groups, and helping people find their place, you may be the person we’re looking for.

Rose Heights is a healthy, balanced, life-giving church. We are a Spirit-filled, multi-ethnic, and multi-generational congregation located in a growing East Texas city. We are a medium-large congregation with multiple campuses and a vision for planting additional campuses in the near future.

The desired team member should have the following:

• A fun-loving attitude with a strong commitment to working in a team environment
• A teachable spirit that is committed to growing personally and professionally
• Flexibility to work within an established culture while bringing new ideas and insight
• Strong communicational skills in a wide variety of audience settings
• A strong understanding of and commitment to a balanced Pentecostal/Charismatic theology.
• Experience in starting, leading, and overseeing discipleship groups is required
• 3+ years of full-time ministry experience
