Fellowship of Montgomery is a vibrant and growing church located in the heart of Montgomery, Texas. Our mission is to lead people to become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ, and we believe that investing in our kids ministry is crucial to achieving this goal.

As a church, we learn, live, and teach God's Word. Through missions and intentional outreach, we take the Gospel to the lost, locally and beyond. We trust God for His provision in our pursuit of His purposes. We serve God by serving all people, understanding our call to minister to everyone while recognizing the urgency of impacting children, youth, and families. Our ministries promote spiritual growth and well-being in facilities that support the work of God's church. Our devotion to God unites us in values, mission, and vision.

Girls Minister Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and support volunteers for student ministry.
• Develop and lead a vibrant girls ministry for Junior High and High School students.
• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events and programs.
• Manage logistics, including ordering materials, scheduling speakers, arranging setups, and promoting activities.
• Schedule regular meetings with volunteers, parents, and on-campus ministry groups.
• Research, plan, and coordinate special events such as youth camps, retreats, mission trips, and conferences.
• Equip and mentor students, providing opportunities for service and outreach within and beyond the church.
• Identify and provide resources for small groups focused on spiritual growth, Bible study, and personal development.
• Contribute ideas and input toward the vision and future goals of the student ministry.
• Build meaningful relationships with students beyond church activities.
• Organize resource seminars to support parents based on their needs.
• Offer pastoral care by reaching out to students and families during times of sickness, crisis, hospitalization, or loss.
• Assist the Youth Pastor and ministry team in developing a strong parent ministry.
