Girls Minister Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and support volunteers for student ministry.
  • Develop and lead a vibrant girls ministry for Junior High and High School students.
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events and programs.
  • Manage logistics, including ordering materials, scheduling speakers, arranging setups, and promoting activities.
  • Schedule regular meetings with volunteers, parents, and on-campus ministry groups.
  • Research, plan, and coordinate special events such as youth camps, retreats, mission trips, and conferences.
  • Equip and mentor students, providing opportunities for service and outreach within and beyond the church.
  • Identify and provide resources for small groups focused on spiritual growth, Bible study, and personal development.
  • Contribute ideas and input toward the vision and future goals of the student ministry.
  • Build meaningful relationships with students beyond church activities.
  • Organize resource seminars to support parents based on their needs.
  • Offer pastoral care by reaching out to students and families during times of sickness, crisis, hospitalization, or loss.
  • Assist the Youth Pastor and ministry team in developing a strong parent ministry.
