The Director of Worship Ministries (DWM) plays a key role in our church and will work closely with the Lead
Pastor to encourage people to seek and glorify God through song. The DWM should have a passion to
encourage the congregation towards maturity by proclaiming God’s attributes. In addition to being a skilled
musician and leader, the DWM should be well versed in a variety of music genres and put the spotlight on
Jesus as we go and share the message of reconciliation by living a worship-filled life.
We exist to be a Spirit-led, God-glorifying community of maturing disciples, going with Jesus in His Church of reconciliation to the world.
We seek to be a God-glorifying, intimate community of disciples who seek to grow in our understanding and application of the word of God. As maturing disciples of Jesus, we will provide hope, by making disciples of our neighbors, the Lehigh Valley and the nations. The hope we proclaim is found in the gospel of grace. We believe as the gospel of grace is taught, believed and lived the people of God will be united.
