Cape Christian is looking for a passionate and experienced Production Director to work with our audio, video, and lighting team leads. This role is pivotal to ensuring a seamless and impactful weekend worship experience. If you are a proactive leader with a heart for ministry and a knack for technical excellence, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the scheduling of all audio, lighting, video, and stage crew/coordinator needs for weekend experiences, including the Courtyard and Spanish Translation.
• Collaborate with the Media Team/Systems Engineer to ensure quality and continuity for all videos.
• Coordinate with team leads to conduct training for AVL (audio, video, lighting).
• Recruit and onboard new team members.
• Work with the creative team on stage design and props, from concept to completion.
• Create ProPresenter slides for weekend services.
• Work with the service coordinator to ensure the service flow is maintained.
• Write, schedule, and ensure the timely completion of 10B4 Videos.
• Coordinate and schedule transition times with weekend hosts to maintain service flow.
• Coordinate Baptism Videos through completion.
• Manage team schedules for all activities in the worship center.
• Staff all outside events.
• Support all internal ministry events.

Qualifications:

• Proactively communicate, support, and fulfill the mission, vision, and core values of Cape Christian.
• Ability to build and lead a volunteer team to collectively and individually achieve the same.
• Maintain open and frequent communication with your supervisor and volunteer team.
• Minimum of 3 years’ production team experience.
• Proficiency with ProPresenter 7 and Planning Center.

Salary Range:

• $40,000 - $50,000 annually
