We are seeking someone to fill our position as a youth/young adult pastor at Church On The Rock. This is a full time position and we are willing to help relocate.
Qualification Needs:
Over 20 years old.
2 Years of youth ministry experience.
Experience preaching and teaching to teenagers.
A strong passion for Jesus and other people.
Strong work ethic and self motivation.
Other qualifiactions that aren't necessary but benificial:
Theological eduction
Expreience being a youth pastor
Leading trips with teens/young adults
Married
Graphics desing/videography experience
Church On The Rock is a nondenominational church that was planted in 2009. We moved into our first building in August of 2021. We recently started providing two services to accomodate more growth. Church On The Rock has around 150-200 people that are a part of the church. Our youth ministry (Impact Youth Ministry) meets every Wednesday night at 6:30. There are about 15 teenages that regularly attend but has potential to grow well beyond that.
