Farmington Heights Church is searching for a full-time Latino Pastor to lead the Spanish-speaking ministry for our church in eastern North Carolina. The ideal candidate will be a gifted leader and communicator with prior experience in establishing and leading teams of people. In addition, the ideal candidate will speak both Spanish and English. Applicants should be self-motivated and industrious individuals who have the ability to preach, teach, and disciple others. We are looking for someone who is team-minded, outreach-oriented, and willing to serve on a multi-staff pastoral team.
