Hello,
Peninsula Baptist Church is seeking a dynamic and organized leader to fill the role of Missional Student Ministry Pastor. The position is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to reach students in this growing coastal community with the good news of Jesus. Presently we have a handful of middle and high school students in the church with no active youth ministry program or leader. We have a strong desire to see youth in the community and in our church impacted for Jesus. We have several people in the church who are interested in being volunteer staff under the leadership of this position.
This position requires the ability to creatively start new ministries and build relationships with a multitude of people of all ages as you pioneer an outreach-oriented student ministry. We are looking for an individual with strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills who is adaptable, loves the church, loves the lost, and will be wholehearted dedicated to the growth of a healthy and fruitful student ministry and to the church as a whole. As a valued and respected member of our staff team and participant in the life of the church, your presence and work will impact the spiritual health and culture of PBC. Please submit a resume and letter of intent, no later than August 23, 2024. Electronic submissions can be sent to raelene@peninsulabaptist.church. Applications can also be mailed to Peninsula Baptist Church P.O. Box 509 Ocean Park, WA 98460.

Who We Are
We are privileged to welcome a growing number of people from our community as they seek to know God. This indicates an increasing hunger for true spirituality in our day. People have tried the American Dream and found it lacking. But this shouldn't surprise us, for we weren't created to find our fulfillment in things or pleasure, but in a personal relationship with God through faith in Jesus Christ
What We Believe
The ministries of Peninsula Baptist Church are provided so that people of all ages can be established and grow in a personal relationship with God; a relationship that is not just a Sunday experience but is integrated into the whole of life.
Our prayer is that you will find your place with us as we journey towards reconciliation with God.
