Due to retirement, the Community Church of Kamrar is searching for a gentleman to fill the Senior Pastor position. The Community Church is a non denominational independent congregation of 191 members. The church is located in the country by the community of Kamrar, Iowa. It is an independent Church, governing itself locally without allegiance to any other church power outside of the triune God.  As independent, it owns its own property, both real and personal, and is only accountable to the State of Iowa in accordance with its non-profit corporation laws.
 
The elders and deacons of Community Church pledge that they believe the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments, originally given, to be the inerrant Word of God, the only infallible rules of faith and practice.  The elders and deacons receive and adopt the Westminister Confession of Faith and the larger and shorter Catechisms of this church, as containing the system of doctrine taught in the Holy Scriptures.
 
The Holy Bible itself is the sole and final source of all that we believe as interpreted and applied by our governing Elders.  We believe the Bible to be the inspired, infallible word of God and it is the final authority concerning morality and conduct of all mankind, especially those members, regular attendees and employees of the Community Church of Kamrar.
 
We believe that "marriage" has only one meaning and that is marriage sanctioned by God which joins one man and one woman in a single, exclusinve Union for a lifetime, as delineated in the Holy Scripture.

The Community Church of Kamrar (CCofK) is located in rural Kamrar, Iowa.  We have 191 members who are from Kamrar as well as other towns in Hamilton County (Webster City, Jewell, Blairsburg, Williams, Stanhope, Ellsworth, etc).  CCofK is part of the universal Church of Jesus Christ, with roots in Reformed tradition.

Jesus Christ, as revealed in the Holy Bible, is the center of our devotion.  The sole functions of the church are to proclaim, to administer, and to enforce the law of Christ revealed in the Scriptures.
