We are looking for a creative and relational leader who can build teams and systems to lead the Worship and Creative Arts Ministries. This individual will lead and inspire teams of artists, musicians, technicians, and other creatives to use their talents to glorify God, engage our community, and deepen the worship experience of our congregation.
Compensation: Competitive salary for the Pacific Northwest based on experience and education.
New Bridge Community Church was planted in 1999 and continues to pursue the mission of making disciples who love God, love one another, and make His love known in our community. We are a non-denominational church who values equipping and empowering people to use their God-given gifts and talents, follow the ways of Jesus in our everyday lives, and live on mission where we live, work, learn, and play. We believe that it is in our worship gatherings that we are equipped and built up, and it is through our life groups that we learn to follow the ways of Jesus in community with others.
