Experience and Knowledge
- Working experience with Pro presenter, LED wall systems, Vista, Allen and Heath ecosystem, lighting and audio networking, live video routing and patching, Video and audio post production, and planning center online
- Experience using all of the above to help facilitate an engaging in person and online worship experience
- Past working relationships with contractors and vendors
- Proven recruiting and team building skills with staff and volunteers
- Ability to problem solve quickly and calmly
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee the production elements for all Sunday services, Youth services, E kids services as well as any other mid week or weekend services and events
- Oversee installations/upgrades to infrastructure (equipment, software)
- Recruit, on board, and train new volunteers to serve in all areas of production from elementary to adults
- Schedule all production positions for Sunday services
- Ensure the satellite campus production team is equipped to run their services at the Eagle Creek standard
- Assist with video creation and editing as assigned by Communications Director
- Manage the production budget
Weekly Tasks
- Weekly staff, direct report, service production meetings
- Review and fix anything needed from the previous weekend as outlined in Monday service production
- Ensure all production positions are filled for all services that week
- Create pro presenter shows for the coming Sunday and any other events/services
- Add all content to pro presenter needed for said services
- Program lights for worship and message for Sunday and any upcoming events/services
- Ensure stage is set and routed for Thursday rehearsal
- Oversee production at Thursday rehearsal
- Wednesday afternoon: perform the above Sunday service tasks for the YTH service (pro presenter, lights, content, set and route the stage). To be completed before rehearsal
- Work YTH mid week services as scheduled
- Create satellite campus pro presenter show with all elements needed
- Assist Communications director with anything needed (I.e video shoots, post production)
- Assist all ministries with production as needs arise
- Repair, update, replace equipment as needed
- Miscellaneous projects as they come up
