About the Job:
The Student Pastor will champion the middle and high school ministry by providing leadership, direction and strategy to the student ministry team in order to invite students into a living relationship with Jesus Christ.

Good Shepherd Church of Charlotte has an established student ministry complete with a student ministry staff team, a consistent group of volunteers leading Student LifeGroups weekly, a healthy budget and amazing facilities. We're looking for candidates who love Jesus, adore the scriptures and have experience leading a large student ministry. And together, we can invite more students into a living relationship with Jesus Christ.
