Praying for a Pastor that:
Possess effective communication skills (written and oral)
Have Pastoral experience preferred but not required
Demonstrate ability to work effectively with a congregation across all ages.
Possess effective administration, technical skills and able to communicate well with a Board of Directors.
Are willing to submit a background check.
Enjoys a small community and willing to relocate.
High ambition for Church goals including Church growth, community outreach & mission ministry.
