QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS FULL-TIME YOUTH & WORSHIP POSITION:
- Credentialled Spirit-filled minister or couple with preferably AG College education, previous church experience and commitment to Tenets of Faith of Assemblies of God.
- A loyal, visionary minister, with high level of Godly character, prayer, home life & desire to develop team relationship with Pastor & Staff.
- Good communicator with preaching that causes people to want to go after Jesus and things of the Spirit, plus ability to mentor YOUTH to grow in their faith, reach students & grow group.
- Anointed WORSHIP ability, able to lead people into the presence of God from keyboard or guitar, plus develop singers and instruments.
- Proficiency with ProPresenter, Computer/Media programs and Sound to increase staff effectiveness of LIVEstream camera/recording of services, website and Facebook.
DUTIES OF THIS FULL-TIME YOUTH & WORSHIP PASTOR POSITION
YOUTH: Create a calendar/strategy that Passes a Move of God onto this Youth Generation, mentor/motivate Youth Leaders with weekly service themes, illus. sermons, videos, events.
- Good Preacher/Communicator, prepare Powerpoint promo slides, videos & messages for Youth Services/Social media outlets to encourage increased attendance and follow-up 6th thru 12th Grade students thru kiosk check-in data, praying with them and offer counseling.
WORSHIP: Lead Adult Worship Team (with you or wife as keyboardist), and develop Youth talents in Worship/Fine Arts. Assist Senior Pastor weekly with loading sermon notes, movie clips and opportunities to minister in meaningful Sunday AM & PM ministry based on talents.
- Develop media/camera & sound staff and Increase effectiveness of Church Website & Facebook page w/video footage for opening LIVEstream recorded services, train/schedule sound, camera & computer operators using ProPresenter for big Screens.
