Position Summary:
The Worship Pastor-Cabot is responsible for leading, creating, and implementing worship at the Cabot campus.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
• Work alongside the Campus Pastor to provide and maintain clear vision and leadership
• Be the primary Worship Leader of the campus using a team of Worship Leaders effectively to lead and create an excellent atmosphere for worship and praise for services
• Lead a planning process made up of staff and/or lay leaders to create weekly services that are consistent with the values and vision of Fellowship Worship
• Increase multisite collaboration and unity by participating in weekly meetings with Worship staff and Teaching Pastors at the WLR campus
• Recruit, audition, and shepherd all volunteers connected to Worship Ministry toward spiritual and relational depth
• Plan and run rehearsals, including preparation of music and materials
• Manage Planning Center Online and all scheduling for teams and services
• Assist Campus Pastor and staff by engaging in the overall ministry of the campus
• Influence and assist Worship development in Cabot FSM, FSK, Mens and Womens, and D-Group ministries
• Participate in campus staff meetings
• Prepare technical elements for all services (Become Expert in lighting, ProPres, sermons, videos, etc.).
• Recruit, train, schedule and oversee technical volunteers.
• Raise the level of all aspects of technical production, equipment, and stage design.
• Manage Worship and Tech Ministries budgets
• Participate in Overall Fellowship Bible Church Staff and Worship Ministry activities and meetings.
• Participate with Worship Staff in conferences, church-wide initiatives and events.
• Perform other related duties, as assigned
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
Education and Experience:
• College degree preferred not required
• Seminary degree preferred not required
• Previous ministry experience required
Knowledge and Skills:
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Google documents (Asana, WordPress, Photoshop, Formstack, a plus)
• Initiates well on their own and anticipates needs
• Highly organized
• Detail and task oriented – Can organize the details of each task to check them off a list
• Can balance multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner
• Operates well in a team environment

• A desire to shepherd and lead in Cabot
• Handle confidential information in a Christ like and professional manner
• A heart to serve the Lord and grow his Kingdom
• If not a member of Fellowship Bible Church, will commit to going through the membership process
• Regular involvement in Fellowship Bible Church activities and event.
• Signed acknowledgement of Fellowship Bible Church’s “Confession of Faith” form
• Signed acknowledgement to policies and procedures as stated in Fellowship Bible Church’s Employee Manual
• Living out the spiritual principles outlined in the “Code of Conduct”

Work Schedule:
• 40-45 hours/Friday and Saturdays off. Some evenings for rehearsals and services.
