About the Role:

Join Crossroads Ministries as our Youth Pastor and embark on a rewarding journey to inspire young people to deepen their relationship with Jesus! As a dynamic leader, you'll engage with youth from 7th to 12th grade, making a real impact in their lives as they grow in faith and become disciple-makers in their communities. You’ll collaborate with parents and adult leaders to create a vibrant, gospel-centered community that encourages spiritual growth and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspire & Teach: Deliver engaging, gospel-centered messages during youth services.
• Team Builder: Develop and lead a team of committed adult leaders and mentors.
• Creative Engagement: Design innovative ways for students to serve, outreach, and disciple.
• Community Builder: Foster meaningful relationships among youth and leaders.
• Celebrate Success: Highlight the incredible things God is doing in students' lives.
• Communicator: Keep parents and leaders informed and involved.
