Santa Barbara Community Church is seeking a full-time Pastor to Children and Families. This position provides vital leadership within our church by directing the Children's Ministry, overseeing the Children's Ministry staff team, equipping parents to disciple their children toward faith in Jesus, and investing in the faith formation of children. The Pastor to Children and Families would join a vibrant team of people who are passionate about inviting young and old to the truly good life in Jesus and the family of God in one of the least-churched regions in the country.
Ideal candidates would demonstrate lives of faithful discipleship, significant related experience, and a spirit of joyful collaboration.
