The Church
The Point Church was established in August 1963 as The Point Chapel with a mission to serve the community of Innerarity Point. Over 60 years, the church underwent name changes, evolving from Innerarity Point Baptist Church to its current identity, The Point Church.
Further expansion took place in January 2023 with the replanting of the former West Pensacola Baptist Church as the Jackson Street Campus. This multi-site initiative seeks to honor the existing community's heritage and focuses on reaching the Jackson Street community for Christ. The Point Church is excited to move into this next season of growth for the Jackson Street campus and can’t wait to see all God has in store.
The Point Church continues to dream with much excitement about the opportunities to further expand the Kingdom of God in their community and around the world. The Point Church has been blessed with a strong volunteer base, beautiful facilities, and a great location to reach families around the Emerald Coast region.

Additionally, NAS Pensacola is the home of the U.S. Navy’s air demonstration squadron - The Blue Angels.
The city hosts yearly festivals, events, historical tours, and notable landmarks. Two such events are the Pensacola Seafood Festival and The Pensacola Crawfish Festival, located in the historic downtown area, featuring live music performances for almost three decades. And there is even more fun for families to experience once you’ve washed off the sand and sunscreen. Plan the perfect family outing in Pensacola. You might even learn a thing or two! Whether you're discovering marine life or delving into the rich history that echoes through the city's streets, or walking on the wild side at a zoo, Pensacola weaves together moments of joy for families of all sizes.
