The Worship Pastor Search Committee of Oak Street Baptist Church (OSBC) in Graham, TX is seeking the man that will become the next worship pastor for our congregation. 

OSBC is unequivocally committed to the inerrancy and authority of the inspired Word of God, and therefore, will not yield on Biblical principles nor stray from the Truth of the doctrines of traditional Christian orthodoxy. Therefore, our next worship pastor will have a clear grasp of Scripture and the ability to discern doctrinally sound songs, demonstrated through a continual cultivated devotion and relationship with God. He must be an effective leader that possesses significant musical skill, including the ability to play an instrument, preferably guitar or piano, with the ability to invite others into his journey of faith with Christ, cultivating their gifts and skills. He should meet the qualifications of an elder as found in 1 Timothy 3:1-7, Titus 1:5-9, and 1 Peter 5:1-4. He must also continue to experience the transforming power of the Gospel in his own life and the life of his family, as a man full of faith, courage, hope, and vision to help lead a congregation to reflect the goodness of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, the power of the Holy Spirit, and the glory of God our Father.
