SUMMARY: The Production Director will oversee the technical, audio, visual media and the production of corporate worship—services and events at Heritage Fellowship Church. This person would report to the Worship Director/Pastor and secondarily to the Administrative Pastor
STATUS: Full-time salary and benefits
QUALIFICATIONS: This person must be a spiritually-mature follower of Christ, dependable, humble, team-oriented, and able to lead. A Bachelor’s degree in this area is perferred. On-site experience in worship production and an expertise in technical systems and equipment is required.
ESSENTIAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Preparation for Sunday AM worship (which potentially includes live-streaming for multi-site campuses), midweek rehearsals, special events, production, and social media outlets. As the production director of an evangelical church, we would require the applicant to be a follower of Jesus Christ with a clear testimony and a willingness to fulfill the requirements for membership at Heritage Fellowship Church and enter to membership at the church at some point soon after hiring.

Heritage Fellowship Church is a Bible-centered, gospel-focused evangelical church that has experienced rapid spiritual and numerical growth in the last five years. HFC is a very multi-generational church which has a large number of young families, college students, and young adults combined with middle-aged and senior adults as well. Situated in Springfield, Ohio (between Columbus and Dayton), we consist of both blue-collar families, white collar families, and a large contingency of families associated with Cedarville University.
Heritage Fellowship Church's mission is simple: KNOW the gospel, GROW in the gospel, GO with the gospel. We are currently considering a multi-site vision for the church as we are quickly outgrowing our facility as well as learning how to maximize our use of social media and other outlets to help us to better connect and minister to others.
