DIRECTOR OF MODERN WORSHIP

The Director of Modern Worship will help lead and create engaging, excellent worship experiences that connect with people. This leader will invest time and energy into building teams in worship and production including onboarding, developing, training, encouraging, and motivating volunteers for various creative arts teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead worship with excitement and vision over two campuses.
Recruit, equip, develop, and lead volunteers.
Be a team player with other staff.
Invest in the local music community to develop relationships.
Oversee all audio/video and musical elements pertaining to weekend worship at modern services including paid and volunteer staff.

Reports to: Lead Pastor
Supervises: Worship Band / Tech and Video Team
