COASTAL COMMUNITY CHURCH is a dynamic, fast growing (14th Fastest Growing Church in 2023-Outreach Magazine) church in South Florida. The mission and vision of our church is, "To make it hard for people to go to hell by making it easy for them to go to church so they can experience, know and follow Jesus." We are currently looking for a full-time Associate Pastor to grow with us.

The works:

  • Oversee our NEXT STEPS and Connect Groups
  • Pastor and love people
  • Lead the charge regarding daily communications with attendees, guests, and staff through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
  • Recruit and develop volunteers for teams and connect group leadership, while also plugging people into groups
  • Ability to change and adapt – it’s challenging, fast-paced and busy
