The Pastor of Christ Union Chapel should be a person who has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and enjoys sharing the Good News of the Gospel. The Pastor is expected to work cooperatively with the Trustees of the Chapel and to serve all the friends of the Chapel with gracious love in Christ.

Christ Union Chapel is a non-denominational summer ministry on Culver Lake in New Jersey. Our chapel is entering its 115th season in Christian ministry to the residents and neighbors of Culver Lake. The season starts in late June and runs through Labor Day weekend. The weekly schedule consists of one Sunday morning service, a Sunday evening worship, and a Monday evening adult Bible study. The Sunday morning service is held outdoors, weather permitting or inside the historic chapel when weather is inclemate. The evening service is unique and historical due to it being held out in the middle of the lake on a floating pulpit, which boats tie up to, with a portable organ. Many other events such as concerts, picnics, and vacation Bible school fill out the summer schedule.
