Full Time Pastor

First Baptist Church, Roscoe, Texas, is prayerfully seeking a dedicated full-time pastor with a heart for service.  In the last year our congregation has grown from 25 – 30 attending to right under 80 with our mission being, “Serve God. Serve Our Church.  Serve Our Community.”  Sunday mornings feature a praise team led by our worship leader and he integrates traditional hymns along with contemporary praise music for our service.  Parsonage will be provided along with salary plus a complete package of benefits, support, and amenities. 

With a rich history of being Christ-centered for over 120 years we are affiliated with the SBC and the BGCT.  The backbone of our congregation has been educators, agricultural families and industries, wind energy, and railroad workers.  Roscoe is a small community of about 1,300 centered at the intersection of U.S. Highway 84 and Interstate 20 in West Texas.

Roscoe Collegiate Independent School District is our outstanding and unique public school system featuring not only a renowned Montessori Early Childhood Center but also our collegiate high school.  Students may receive an associate degree while concurrently working on their high school diploma.
