Position Description:
We are seeking a part time (20-25 hours per week) Worship Pastor who will lead all aspects of our worship ministry. This is a fun opportunity for someone who is energetic, has a strong heart for God, and enjoys worship with a contemporary feel. The ability to lead, develop, and grow teams is important. The Worship Pastor will be part of a senior-level team and involved in planning and casting vision. Experience is preferred. Proficiency on guitar or keyboards preferred. Compensation is based on experience.
