Bethel Church is a mid-size Assembly of God congregation in Martinsburg, WV -- a bedroom community of Washington, DC. We are community-focused, relationally-driven, and thoroughly Pentecostal. We are looking for a full-time worship pastor, who is Spirit-filled.
Salary:

Qualifications:
- A known reputation for Godly character and above reproach integrity, with a verifiable track record of tithing.
- Baptized in the Holy Spirit (Assemblies of God doctrine); A/G credentialed or already in the credentialing process.
- Bachelor's degree in Theological Education or Music.
- A proven leadership background with supervisory experience managing others.
- Must love the creative process, value collaboration, and respond well to feedback.
- A dependable team player with a high work ethic and a willingness to be accountable.
- A solid grasp of band dynamics, worship environment production, and ministry teamwork in the worship setting.
- A multi-instrumentalist with expertise and experience; vocally proficient.
- Posseses the ability to read music and teach music with the Nashville Number System.
- An exceptionally strong ability to effectively lead, coach, equip, and shepherd the hearts of the worship team members.
- Knowledge of Multi-tracks, Planning Center Online, Pro-Presenter, and other software tools.

Responsibilities:
- The Worship Pastor provides vision, leadership, and direction for all music, production, and service programming to create moments for people to meet with God, with a priority of developing leaders and shepherding his/her team.
- Establish a comprehensive vision for Worship Ministries, setting strategic initiatives with key performance indicators to measure goals and objectives.
- Manage scheduling, rosters, recruiting, auditions, onboarding, and training.
- Oversee the operation, maintenance, standardization, and purchasing of all worship ministries equipment.
- Establish processes and systems that help team members create a consistently high-quality experience and ensure they are being executed with excellence.
- Build strong teams that create excellent experiences at worship services, online experiences, and other church events in the areas of audio, video, lighting, media, and video broadcasting.
- Lead effective weekly and monthly rehearsals with the entire Worship Team of Visual, Sound, Musicians, and Vocalists.
- Lead pastoral care efforts for Worship Team.
- Identify, cultivate, and develop promising worship leaders, instrumentalists, and team leads.
- Oversee and execute all CCLI reporting needs from all worship environments.
- Plan, lead, and staff student worship at weekly Sunday evening student ministry with a focus on building student worship teams.
- Plan special services in coordination with the Lead Pastor for Christmas Eve, Ash Wednesday, Good Friday, Easter, Vision Night and other special services as needed, including funerals.
- Provide direction, training, and reheasals for music related entries in annual student ministry's Fine Arts program.
- Oversee annual budget, annual goals, and quarterly goals for worship ministries.
- Lead After Action Review (evaluation) of all services.
- Participate in weekly Creative Team meetings.
- Provide other pastoral duties as needed, such as: Hospital visitation, administering sacerdotal functions to Nursing Home residents and Shut-ins, etc.
- Pulpit Ministry - Craft and deliver biblical, expository sermons to be delivered in the Yearly Preaching Calendar as scheduled by the Lead Pastor.
