Lead Pastor

Provide spiritual leadership, vision, and direction for Grace on the Hill Community
Church in alignment with its mission and core values.
Preach engaging and relevant sermons that communicate the timeless truths of Scripture,
inspiring and challenging the congregation.
Shepherd and care for the spiritual well-being of the congregation through pastoral
counseling, visitation, and prayer.
Foster a culture of discipleship and spiritual growth, equipping and empowering
individuals to deepen their relationship with Christ.
Lead and oversee the church staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and support in their
respective roles.
Collaborate with church leadership and ministry teams to develop and implement
strategic plans, programs, and initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with the congregation, demonstrating love,
empathy, and accessibility.
Engage in outreach and evangelism efforts, actively seeking opportunities to share the
gospel and serve the community.
Foster a spirit of unity within the church.
Provide pastoral care and support during times of crisis, celebration, and life transitions.
