Women’s Ministry Director
- Reports to: Lead Pastor
- Weekly Hours: 25 hours/week
- Position Status: Part-time
- Purpose: To lead and give vision to the Women’s Ministry at Shiloh Community Church
Overview
Shiloh Community Church is a growing church in North Phoenix committed to making disciples who love God, love His church and show God’s love to the world. Our Women’s Ministry Director will lead and equip women into deep relationship with the Lord, into connection with others, and into the mission and ministries of the church.

- Skilled communicator
- Mature and growing personal relationship with Christ
- Displays godly relationships within their family
- Minimum of one year ministry experience teaching God’s Word in Bible studies, small groups, or at seminars/retreats
- Be a member of Shiloh Community Church or agree to become a member by attending the next scheduled membership class
- Be an active participant at Shiloh and in Women’s Ministry Events
- Display a character of cooperation with Women’s Ministry leadership team members
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Encourage each area of Women’s Ministry to help all women of Shiloh to take their next step in their journey with God regardless of maturity and/or skill level
- Equip others for the work of the ministry (Eph. 4:12)
- Oversee, direct, and give input to the Women’s Ministry leadership team for connection with women’s events including Thursday (am & pm) Bible Studies, the Christmas Luncheon, the Women’s Conference/ Retreat, Quilters, and other future events
- Be a liaison between the Women’s Ministry Leadership Team and overall leadership of the church
- Help unite and keep accountable the Women’s Ministry leadership team members to the overall vision and central ministry focus of Shiloh
- Develop, assist, and give appropriate guidance/counsel for Women’s Ministry leaders.
- Help guide and assure doctrinal consistency regarding all teaching within Women’s Ministry with that of Shiloh Community Church
- Research, identify, review and implement curriculum, events and programs for Women’s Ministry
- Develop and manage an annual budget to support Women’s Ministry
- Work with the Communications Team to effectively communicate through all media (including social media) the direction, plans, and events of the Women’s Ministry with the church
- Participate in staff meetings and office hours as needed

This is a part-time, ongoing position
