About the Role
The Campus Pastor is responsible for the overall growth and development of a Timber Creek Campus, facilitating a strong connection between the campus and the overall mission, vision, and values of Timber Creek Church. This includes leading and pastoring the campus congregation, campus team, and community. The primary responsibilities of Campus Staff are to champion the culture, build teams, and connect with and care for people. The Campus Staff is responsible for the implementation of ministry designs, processes, and procedures communicated by the Central Team.

Timber Creek Church is a multi-site church, with locations in East and Southeast Texas. The broadcast location in Lufkin, TX, formerly named Lufkin First Assembly, was founded in 1927. The first Timber Creek multi-site campus launched in Nacogdoches, TX, in 2019. Timber Creek also meets in venues including a Spanish venue at the broadcast location and prison venues near certain locations.
