Youth Pastor Job Description
Changed Life Church is searching for a Full-Time Youth Pastor to serve on our team. CLC is an Assemblies of God Church in Kuna, ID (approx. 15-20 minutes from Boise). We are looking for someone who is interested in building close connections within the church family, a heart to serve the community, and understands youth culture. Changed Life Church is a fast growing church and currently in a building project for our new building. The new Youth Pastor would be responsible for the current building as the church’s Youth Center.

- Work as a team member with the staff of Changed Life Church
- Train and recruit volunteers to serve in the Youth Ministry
- Administer and plan youth programs like evangelism, retreats, camps, and events.
- Coordinate with families of youth students to foster community and relationships
- Participate and contribute to staff and church events
- Develop students and team leaders to be healthy followers of Jesus
- Plan and develop youth services during Mid Week service
- Develop a plan of discipleship for youth students
- Create a culturally relevant, fun, and exciting environment for youth students
- Work with the Executive Pastor in implementing goals and future plans
- Maintain and report an annual youth budget
- Attend youth activities to grow relationally ( i.e. games, graduations, birthdays, etc.)
- Connect with other local youth pastors
- Develop a plan of campus ministry on local Jr. High and High Schools
