5. Organizational/Administrative Skills: Ability to manage and complete organizational and administrative tasks (Event planning, scheduling, managing volunteers, etc.) integral to Student Ministries.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide staff level leadership for Student Ministries

1. Lead middle school, high school, college programs (weekly meetings, small groups, events, outreach and service).
2. Develop and lead middle school and high school camps and retreats.
3. Outreach to Middle School/High School/College communities.
4. Disciple students, families, and parents.
5. Provide frequent and timely ministry updates to parents.
6. Developing student-led Sunday.
7. Supervise and coach student ministry staff.
8. Supervise and coach interns (year-long or summer interns).

Position Reporting: The Student Ministries Director will report to the Head of Staff.
