Summary
The Youth Pastor will be responsible for the ministry of the Youth at Mooresville campus at Grace Covenant Church. Additionally, as we are a growing church all staff cover other areas as needed.

- Strong Communication Skills
- Worship/ Musical Abilities a plus but not required
- Living a life of Christian character and leadership
Responsibilities
- Lead in planning, conducting, and evaluating the Youth programs.
- Plan, direct, and supervise activities related to youth including teaching, fellowship, retreats, youth mission trips, and Bible studies.
- Maintain effectiveness of the ministry
- Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers and student leaders for Youth ministry.
- Prepare and manage the Youth ministry budget.
- Work collaboratively to maintain a positive and connected relationship with other ministry pastors.
- Build a strong Youth leadership culture with high engagement.
- Ensure a safe and friendly environment for youth (Spiritually, Physically, and Emotionally)
