In January of 2023, FBC Benton called current Next Generation Pastor, Clay Cunningham, to be its next Senior Pastor following Dr. Rick Grant’s retirement in 2024.
FBC Benton is prayerfully searching for a new Next Generation Pastor. This pastor will be responsible for leading an incredible team of ministers and volunteers who have a strong desire to reach the next generation with the Gospel. The Next Generation Pastor will oversee and coordinate the staff that leads FBC's ministry to kids and students (currently comprised of Preschool/Kids/Middle School/Junior High & Senior High ministers) as well as our Lead Next Internship program.
