Job Title: Kidscoast Nursery Leader

This position reports to: Director of Kidscoast

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the Nursery experience

- Responsible for training, developing, scheduling and caring for the Nursery Dream Team
- Responsible for building leaders teaching them to exponentially grow the team
- Schedule, manage and develop the Nursery staff
- Cultivate a strong serve culture by meeting with people and connecting them
with opportunities where they can make a difference within Seacoast - Provide consistent communication to Dream Team
- Ensure all classrooms are prepped and ready for an excellent weekend
experience (set up, supplies, crafts, Roku, etc.) - Work closely with Kidscoast Next Steps Leader to fully onboard new leaders
- Kidscoast Security Procedures
- Create and implement a best practices security plan for Kidscoast (CPR,
Lockdown, Evacuation, Policies, and Procedures)
- Events
- Provide leadership and creative input for Kidscoast events such as Kids Camp,
21-days of Prayer and Fasting, Healing Services, Dream Team Appreciation
events, Leader, Training and Parent Groups, NextGen weekend, etc. - Lead the Kidscoast Nursery staff and Dream Team to execute an amazing First
Wednesday service where babies and toddlers are well cared for,
prayed over, and experience an age-appropriate worship experience

- Actively participate in weekly staff meetings; attend one-on-one meetings with
leader; attend monthly All-Staff meetings

- Responsible for the recruitment and retention of Dream Team members
- Coordinates supplies with Lil Coasters Leader
- Supports the goals of the team by demonstrating teamwork and performing
other duties as requested

- Able to work a flexible schedule that includes non-traditional work hours, such as nights,
weekends, and some holidays - Experience in building teams and empowering volunteer leaders
- Demonstrated spiritual gift to serve others in a team environment
- Manage priorities and proficient in professional communication
- Capable of learning and adapting to new systems and software platforms as needed
