Common Ground Christian Church is a growing non-denominational church (avg. attendance 170-180) located in rural Bradford Ohio (pop. 2500) (located 2 hours West of Columbus, East of Indianapolis, and North of Cincinnati) We have a strong student and kids ministry, with a developing college age ministry. Our worship style is contemporary while still utilizing the traditional worship style as well. We are a church that strives to reach those far from God and engage believers through relational ministry and an outside the box approach.
Our dedicated and talented volunteer worship team is composed of a rotation of several singers, piano player, bass player, and 3 drummers.

Required Qualifications:
Qualified candidates must be Biblically sound and meet the requirements found in 1 Timothy 3:1-7, Titus 1:5-9.
Have a desire to pastor and equip as seen in Ephesians 4:11-13
Some experience in leading worship or consistent participation with a worship team.
Ability to play guitar and/or piano.
Able to pass a background check.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong team-based leadership skills
Knowledgeable in Pro Presenter or equivalent presentation software
