New Beginnings Fellowship Church (NBFC) is a Spirit-Filled, Bible-Believing, Non-Denominational Church. Pastor Gordon Tower and his wife Angie began ministering in a rented space in 2010. They have since purchased the church street building and have many
renovations in the works, leaving the steeple and original church building a historical part of Reed City, where believers, unified through faith in Christ, gather in love and unity for the ultimate purpose of glorifying Jesus Christ. At this time the church
is seeking a talented individual, (preferably a husband/wife team) to join our team as part-time/full-time
Children's Ministry Director. We have faith in finding proven leaders for this position with a track record of success in their previous experiences.

Qualification Requirements:
- Must love God and have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Have a love for children and families.
- Possess strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Committed to weekly worship at New Beginnings.
- Maintain confidentiality of all children and families.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive criminal background check.
Responsibilities:
- 15-20 or (full-time) hours on site with the ability to teach Children’s Church on Sundays.
- Plan and oversee all weekly programming of ministry for children ages birth-12 years, along with at least two-three special events per year such as; VBS, Christmas Program, and or Family Nights.
- Prepare our weekly (Answers in Genesis) curriculum for each program and age level.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and lead teams of volunteers.
- Show care for children and families within the church (ex; hospital visit, cards, gifts).
- Assist in the development of an annual budget for children’s ministries and manage the spending budget.
- Function as a member of the church’s Pastoral Staff
- Ability to discern needs and respond appropriately, sensitively and proactively.
- Develop, create and maintain a safe, clean, learning environment for children.
