Worship Leader

Desert Christian Fellowship is seeking their next Worship Leader!

The Worship Leader agrees with and will work towards the fulfillment of Desert Christian Fellowship’s vision, mission, and values.  

Plan and lead blended worship services at Desert Christian Fellowship incorporating contemporary music and hymns done in a relevant style.

Recruit and train worship team members, both vocal and instrumental, that serve generously and with excellence at worship services and special events.

Develop and administer an annual budget for worship and production team.

Develop and lead musical events for outreach purposes when needed.

Recruit and train production team members in audio, visual, lighting, and online streaming. 

Oversee and provide tools for production team members in their use of ProPresenter including announcements, sermon slides, etc.

Maintain and oversee purchase of worship equipment (microphones, instruments, stands, monitors, speakers) and any licensing needs for using the songs, equipment, etc. for worship services.

Attend required staff meetings and leadership trainings.

Any other duties as assigned in writing by the Senior Pastor.

 This is an exempt part time position.
