Pastor-In Training at Tahoe Church (Worship, Youth, Adult, Kids, Creative Arts)

The Tahoe Resident Leadership Program equips aspiring Christian leaders (ages 21-26) with an immersive experience that focuses on; spiritual and leadership development, service-learning, and ministry work.  Participants choose a ministry pathway in either adults, youth, worship, or kids and are paired with a ministry lead for mentorship. Applicants need to hold a college degree and have demonstrated experience in church ministry. This program exists to help aspiring leaders gain more experience and confidence in ministry through authentic leadership opportunities and responsibilties in the church through a safe, loving, and inclusive team. • No program cost thanks to scholarship funds
• Pastor-in Training Living Stipend $700 a month
• Housing provided on our beautiful 52-acre property provided
