The Reservoir Campus connects to thousands of students throughout Rankin County with the life-changing hope of Jesus Christ! Our student ministry links with several vibrant school districts (and home school communities) to serve the students, families, and school leaders with excitement, Truth, and faithful support. To help shepherd this movement, we're looking for a seasoned student pastor to give overall directional leadership to our 56 (5th & 6th grade), 78 (7th & 8th grade), and high school ministries.

• Faithfully empowering and equipping a staff team (with several leaders) to experience exponential growth in your ministry contexts;
• Connected to youth culture and have substantial experience leading in a larger student ministry dynamic;
• Actively multiplying leadership by recruiting, developing, and inspiring student and adult leaders;
• Collaborating with leaders, families, and church leadership to faithfully serve students; and,
• Already celebrating stories of life change in your current ministry context.

• Fervently champion small groups throughout student ministry contexts;
• Develop large-scale catalytic events for students to connect and see a vibrant vision come to life;
• Model the development of relationships with the administrators and students in area campuses by facilitating in-school visits, attending extra-curricular functions, and serving as a resource to the schools; and,
• Live and serve from the overflow of living an abiding life with Christ.

Educational & experience requirements:

Bachelor’s degree minimum, with 10 years of ministry experience and/or training.

Pinelake’s Story:
The story of Pinelake Church began in February of 1971 in Brandon, Mississippi, in a mobile chapel in a rural area near The Reservoir. By God’s grace and power, our faith family has grown into a dynamic church spanning five cities throughout our state -- Clinton, Madison, Oxford, the Reservoir, Starkville, and our online campus. Weekly, we serve over 12,000 people, but we celebrate stories of life change one person at a time.

Reservoir Campus:
Pinelake Church started in 1971 in the community we call the Reservoir. Today, the Reservoir campus welcomes over 5500 people every week to one of our worship gatherings. This campus draws attendees from the Metro-Jackson area, the Reservoir community, and beyond!
