Pinelake believes worship is valuing God above all things, with all that we are, by responding to Him with all we have. Here, our team leads our faith family toward cultivating a vibrant expression of worship in gatherings, through prayer, in songwriting, and much more!

Our vision is to see Mississippi changed one life change story at a time, and we're looking for a passionate Lead Pastor of Worship to partner with our Senior Pastor (serving on our Senior Leadership Team) to bring this vision to life throughout our five campuses. 

We'll connect quickly if you are:

• A phenomenal worship pastor with a history of success in developing others;
• Faithful to engage emotionally healthy spirituality in your personal and ministry life; 
• Leading from a Biblical framework of worship (think Revelation 4); 
• An excellent communicator of vision, mission, and values; 
• A leader that leads beyond organizational influence through relationship and shepherding; 
• Motivated to lead a movement, but committed to accomplishing this through intentional shepherding of people; and,
• Proven leadership experience with proficiency in leading and developing individuals and teams.

To lead efficiently with us, you must:

• Exhibit the ability to hear a vision and partner to bring it to life in multiple contexts;
• Lead confidently and humbly; and,
• Have significant experience leading a team.

It would be incredible if you:

• Are a self-starter who can take an idea, develop it and see it through to completion without abundant direct oversight;
• Multi-task well, but don’t lose sight of the people you are leading;
• Desire to give voice to the spiritual movement of Pinelake through championing songwriting
• Have experience leading in a multi-site context. 
• Are more passionate about shepherding other pastors and ministers toward success on the platform rather than just leading from the platform yourself.

Educational & experience requirements:

Bachelor's degree minimum, higher education is even better. Eight or more years of ministry leadership in a high-level context. 

PINELAKE'S STORY: The story of Pinelake Church began in February of 1971 in Brandon, Mississippi, in a mobile chapel in a rural area near The Reservoir. By God's grace and power, our faith family has grown into a dynamic church spanning five cities throughout our state -- Clinton, Madison, Oxford, the Reservoir, and Starkville. Weekly, we serve over 12,000 people, but we celebrate stories of life change one person at a time.
