Eagle Family Worship Center Senior Pastor
The senior pastor at Eagle Family Worship Center (EFWC) is responsible for shepherding and administrative functions of the local church body. The incumbent is responsible for the planning and sourcing of the body that will lead to a level of spiritual maturity which will reproduce and propagate the gospel in the community and around the world.
Incumbent has to ensure that the local church develops in trait that will reach the community of Eagle, Idaho. They must have the ability to cast congregational vision, train, mentor, administer departments into a cohesive body, and be proficient in pulpit ministry and pastoral care.
Required Skills
Demonstrated knowledge in church administration, program development, mentoring programs, and leadership techniques. Skills in negotiations; written and oral communication; decision-making; time management; prioritization; analysis techniques; decision making and proficient in Biblical studies, Biblical teaching, and ministering of the Word of God. Have the ability to communicate effectively with various levels of staff, congregation, and community leaders and businessmen.

Required Experience
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a ministerial associated discipline, or, equivalent senior pastor experience. Experience: Minimum of three years in ministry. Licenses/Certifications: Licensed with the Assemblies of God. Knowledge of: church administration, Preaching and teaching techniques, Pastoral care, problem solving, program development, and resources in the community for biblical based counseling. Skills in: pulpit ministry, biblical teaching, leadership, mentoring, and ministry Vision development. Have the ability to lead and inspire a congregation to new levels of commitment and discipline.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS (in addition to the MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS)
Education: Master’s degree in a ministerial associated discipline. Experience: Three years in a fulltime senior pastor position. Licenses/Certifications: Ordination credentials with the Assemblies of God. Proven Skills in church administration, Preaching and teaching techniques, Pastoral care, problem solving, program development, and a biblical level support of those in need of guidance.
