Currently we are seeking a full time Musical Worship Pastor. Additional responsibilities will be required, but those responsibilities will be finalized in accordance with the gifting and passions of the man that Trinity hires. Some examples could be assimilation, adult discipleship, outreach, groups, etc.
The Musical Worship Pastor will help shape the culture of musical worship at Trinity and lead in a way that seeks unity among diversity in the church while leaning towards a younger audience as we look forward to the future of Trinity. Trinity’s next Pastor of Music will also have a heart to invest in, and equip other leaders and musicians as we prioritize the people we minister to and with, over the programs that we run.
The Musical Worship Pastor’s pay will range between $45k-$65k depending upon experience and other qualifications. Sick leave is accrued at 1 hour per 40 hours worked after the first 90 days of personal employment. Paid personal leave will be 2 weeks for employees who have worked at the church for less than 4 years. There are 7 paid holidays throughout the year as well. Ministry expense, education expense, and cell phone reimbursement will be part of the pastors salary package as well. Retirement will be matched at a rate of 7.5%. Reimbursement of some, or all depending on amount, of moving expenses will be provided upon hire.

Trinity has a rich history in the Walla Walla Valley and has had a long partnership with the Conservative Baptist Association. Our current ministry staff is comprised of three pastors and one director, and our church size is approximately 350 regular attenders.
