Position Scope: Elmbrook Church is a non-denominational, intergenerational, multi-site church excited about the life change possible in Christ. Elmbrook’s mission is to help members become Rooted in Jesus Christ and Released to His mission. The Audio/Visual Specialist reports to the Director of Production and plays a key role in the production of all worship services and events of Elmbrook Church. The role assists in making sure that all aspects of the audio and visuals supporting the weekend service or event run smoothly and are at broadcast quality.

40 hours/week

Paid Time Off (PTO) – Full-time employees can earn PTO. PTO is accrued on a calendar year basis. Refer to the Staff Handbook for specific details.
403b – Employees can participate in the 403b pension plan if they are scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week. Entry dates for the 403b plan are the first of the month following the hire date. Elmbrook will match up to 1% on an employee's first anniversary.
Holidays – Full-time employees are eligible for holiday pay. Elmbrook Church recognizes ten holidays as paid holidays; refer to the Staff Handbook for specific details.
