Youth Pastor

Must be self-motivated, responsible, and a strong team player. Must have strong communication skills, have the ability to work well with others, and must develop discipleship training, fine arts, be mission’s motivated; oversee youth drama team, praise band, and outreach ministries to the area youth. The student pastor must also be technology savvy, with the ability to use the tools they have been given to impact today’s multi-media driven youth. This position involves preaching, teaching, recruiting, and mentoring students and leaders. The director is expected to create a strategy for an effective student ministry and implement it through shared leadership. We are a multi-cultural church, and expect our student ministries director to share this vision. As such, we welcome all spirit-filled applicants that adhere to and promote the 16 fundamental truths of the Assemblies of God. Previous student ministry experience is a plus. We are a growing, innovative, outreach/missions minded, people driven church. Our student directors must have similar qualities. We are looking for a long term commitment and are ready to commit the full time funding to the person that is certain of their calling to do student ministries.
