Job Summary

The Central Kid Point Director leads the central team in providing excellent vision and development for campuses. This position moves the needle forward by creating and communicating systems and processes that ensure campuses are equipped with the strategy and development needed to help kids and their families find and follow Jesus. The campus pastor is our client, this position does everything they can to help the campus pastor understand what makes Kid Point a win on their campus and how to achieve that win.

Required Competencies:

Basecamp, Planning Center, Social Media Platforms, Pro Presenter, Orange Curriculum

Required Results:

• Ability to lead ideation for Kid Point services and engagement during the week. Has the gift of creating original ideas and solutions and then the ability to rally, inspire and organize others to take action
• Lead the Kid Point vision for all campuses by being able to partner with campus pastors in creating a safe place for kids to find and follow Jesus
• A clear strategy on resourcing and partnering with families throughout the week and not just on a Sunday
• Ability to lead ideation for services and engagement from birth to 5th grade
• A clear strategy and pathway for kids from birth to 5th grade
• A focused strategy and development for 4/5 graders and the transition into students at every campus
• Provide strong leadership for all campuses alongside campus pastors in the development of campus Kid Point directors
• Ownership of Kid Point resources, curriculum and vision – the campus is your client – provide excellent service.
