Revolution Church in McKinney, Tx is looking for Production Director that can help cultivate a life giving, passionate, and distraction free environment through the application of experience with audio, video, lighting, IT, and rigging systems.

We are looking for ministry-minded, Christ-centered, team members that are ready to make an eternal impact with an all-in attitude, hungry for using technical skills to prepare behind-the-scenes systems and support services that help people encounter the love of God and experience extraordinary life change.

  • Live Stream and Video Switchers

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

       High school diploma or equivalent, and other training/certifications that have equipped them for the duties of the role

       Two years of experience in production, including thorough knowledge of use of computers, automated lighting, sound, and video, including ProPresenter, Ableton Live, and digital audio consoles

       Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

       Demonstrates spiritual maturity and character consistent with the Biblical requirements for church leadership

       Effective relational and communication skills, both verbal and written

       Has a growing, personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

       Accountable for supporting, upholding, and engaging in Revolution’s doctrine, mission and core values in all internal and external communication and relationships.

       Self-motivated, self-directed requiring minimal supervision

       Ability to implement and drive projects and strategies through to completion

       Creativity and problem-solving skills

       Teamwork orientation with ability to recruit, train and motivate others

       Agrees and aligns with the vision, values, pathway, leadership distinctives, and doctrinal statement of Revolution Church

Revolution Church is a rapidly growing Non-Denominational church located in McKinney, TX with a mission to lead people to find and follow Jesus. We are a Church that planted over 8 years ago and have seen over 1000 people accept Christ, been baptized and discipled since our beginning.

In 2017, we moved into our very own church building with over 30,000 square feet, fun and exciting Children’s spaces and warm and inviting spaces for everyone in the church to meet, worship and serve others. We are growing rapidly and excited to be on this journey The Holy Spirit is guiding us in.
