Youth Pastor/Associate, music gifting a +. Seeking ministry individual/couple who are called to invest and lead a culturally, economically, and socially diverse group of students grades 6-12. Prefer 5+ years experience with theological foundations rooted in the Assemblies of God, preferably credentialed minister with the Assemblies of God, or similar Pentecostal background.

  • A strong walk with God through a growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ
  • Strong ability to teach/train others
  • Teachable, with a desire to grow in faith and abilities
  • A Self-Starter-highly motivated
  • Has a passion for youth
  • Understands today’s youth culture
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A positive spiritual role model
  • Team player with effective relational skills (works well with others)
  • Strong computer, technology, and social media skills
  • Can Maintain and foster a balance of the Word of God and Fun
  • Understands building stong social connection with students & parents
