We are looking to hire a full time Production Manager. This person would oversee all things technical, ensuring that everyone has what they need in order to execute effectively every service in regards to lighting, audio, and video, and live stream. We have an amazing, talented, and diverse staff that we believe the right person would love to be a part of. JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position Purpose- The purpose of the Production Manager is to oversee the technical teams, to ensure they have what they require to perform and execute every service.

Position Responsibility:

1. Creative Presentation

  • Collaborate with Creative Director and execute stage designs, and campus changes (if any technical changes are needed)

  • Ensure that ProPresenter is correctly set up for each service (graphics, sermon notes, lyrics, video, etc.)

  • Execute campus changes such as white balancing cameras after a new stage design or new lighting look

2. Provide Reliable Technical Support in:

  • Ensure that all audio mixing is ready for all worship services and that all volunteers/staff are mixing according to standards given by the Worship Pastor/Creative Director.

  • Ensure that video volunteers have everything they need to perform services and/or events.

  • Ensure that all lighting is programmed correctly and functioning properly.

  • Be a programmer for every lighting aspect of each service (each service itself takes roughly 1-2 hours of programming.)

  • Scheduling of BOH engineers and volunteers

  • Meet with all production staff/volunteers to ensure their gear is up to date, and coordinating the repair or purchase of any gear with the Worship Pastor/Creative Director.

  • Schedule AVL teams on Planning Center

  • Ensure the integrity of all equipment as it pertains to AVL

  • Perform system tests as often as needed

3. Team Development

  • Recruit volunteers

  • Approachable spirit to lead

  • Teachable spirit to learn

4. Team Responsibilities

  • Church services (Sunday mornings, Friday night Recovery Alive services, Wednesday night experiences, Sunday Night Youth Services)

  • Special services (Prayer, funerals, graduations, Nights of Worship, special events, etc)

  • Attend all rehearsals for services and/or events

  • Attend weekly staff planning meeting, and monthly all-staff lunch

5. Productive Process

  • Planning (Dream, Research, Collaborate)

  • Preparation (Develop, Meeting, Management, Matrix)

  • Presentation (Deliver, Performance, Production)
