The Met is a family-Oriented Church in North Fort Worth. We are looking for a dynamic personality to help lead our Kindergarten - Fifth Grade children's ministry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve under the leadership of the Family Pastor
2. Provide vision and leadership for the Elementary ministries
3. Create fun, engaging, Christ-centered worship experiences for elementary-age kids
4. Champion the spiritual development of elementary-age kids.
5. Organize, modify, and integrate purchased curriculum for each elementary environment
6. Encourage and equip parents to be spiritual leaders at home.
7. Plan & oversee the weekend services for each elementary environment. Services
include small groups and large groups (worship, teaching, games, etc.)
8. Recruit, train, and develop volunteers
9. Contribute to the planning and organizing of special events
10. Contribute to the supportive, hard-working, team-oriented, grace-based culture at

Qualifications:
1. A call to ministry in the local church
2. Bachelor’s degree and/or in pursuit thereof
3. Relationally driven, creative, love to laugh and have fun, strives for excellence,
team-oriented, coachable, hard-working, and eager to learn
4. Evidence of a servant’s heart in ministry, at home, and in the community.
